This weeks Rite Aid Ad looked pretty good to me and I wanted to see if there was still some Tide on clearance so I whipped up a quick deal. Here is what I got.

Weekly Menu Plan

Lemon Burst Cookies! YUM!

I LOVE anything lemon and if you are looking for ways to use up some of your FREE Cool Whip - try this yummy recipe that I got from one of our Posse' followers, The Coupon Goddess! These cookies were so stinken' easy - which in order to me to try - it has to be just that! EASY!

Okay, on to the recipe! You need 4 ingredients.

In a bowl, beat Cool Whip, egg and lemon cake mix until blended. Dough will be thick and sticky. (Try not to eat all the dough - it was hard for me!)

Drop teaspoons of dough into powered sugar and roll to coat. Bake @ 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. EASY PEASY! And so yummy.
